MEETING ROOMS

The International Association Centre has a full set of meeting rooms at its disposal capable of accomodating from 8 to 250 people. They comprise a separate unit from the rest of building and are all situated on the ground floor except for Commission room 3 and 6 wich are on the first floor.

All rooms are equiped with an internal phone extension where incoming calls can be put through and a wireless connexion to the Internet. The rooms can be blacked out for projection.

Audio-visual equipment and additional technical equipment (such as microphones) can be provided given prior notice.

On top of meeting rooms, attendees also have access to :

- a reception area;

- an area with a wireless connexion to the Internet ;

- a photocopier and a fax machine located in the reception area ;

- a public telephone.

Coffees break and lunch:

If requested in advance, the IAC can serve coffee breaks and provide soft drinks.

Our Bar and Club areas can be reserved for lunch (served by a caterer).

Parking :

It is possible to park cars in the surrounding streets. Most places in the private car park of IAC are nominally reserved for the associations established in the Centre and are not accessible to conference participants. But a few places are available to conference participants by prior reservation and for payment.
