Frequently Asked Questions
CAN I USE MY OWN CATERING SERVICE ?
You can of course choose your caterer. We usually work with the Fait Maison caterer, a trusted partner. If you use another caterer, we will simply ask you for a small fee.
WHAT DIGITAL SERVICES DO YOU OFFER ?
We recently installed a state-of-the-art equipment. You may now broadcast your meeting live, by hosting it on your website, by publishing it on Facebook, LinkedIn or any other platform of your choice.
Our rooms are also equipped with a voting system, digital display and digital roll up.
WHAT ARE THE MANDATORY SERVICES ?
You can collaborate with your own providers (audio-visual, catering, interpreters, etc.) or we can recommend some of our trusted partners. Beverages however must be provided by the M.A.I.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE ?
5 parking spaces may be provided at a price of 15 € / space / day. You just have to tell us when you book.
